Make the game fun, increase mob density, make it less punishing to reroll items, make higher tiers of items. ![]() Nerf xp gains at lower difficulties, increase them at higher difficulties. ![]() The right move imo (not being a dev) would be to bring the weaker specs up to par, make other affixes more valuable, make other legendaries more powerful, and then introduce greater difficulty tiers to bring everything back to where they want it to be. Fully taking away that sense of progression they had achieved. Now, through no fault of the players many feel substantially weaker than they did. And with what seems like a heavy hand the dev team just went through and removed a substantial amount of player power - because rhe dev team failed to properly test or balance the the game prior to release.
